Q: Anyone know where I can find a HUMMER H2 GOLF CART in Canada?
I am looking for a Hummer H2 Golf cart, in canada, that I can either purchase from a company – or if anyone in the Maritimes (more specifically New Brunswick) has one, that I can borrow for my prom (June 21st, 2006). Any information would be a GREAT help =)

A: here is a dealer locator for the H2 Golf Carts. I suggest finding the closest one and see if they can deliver, or drive out and pick it up.

Q: can i replace a different engine on a hummer h2?
Take out the manufacture installed engine and put a v6 engine into it.

A: The little v6 would be hard pressed to move that slug that you drive…Your best bet would be to install a duramax 6.6 engine in it…If you had the computer chipped then you.ll get around 18 to 20 on the highway…Really the best way is to sell the h2 and just buy a real hummer an h1….I have seen h1,s on the trail, rubicon, hammers, amd moab utah…No h2,s or 3,s.In fact the U.S. Army sends Their special forces to the rubicon once a year in h1,s…They do very well…

Q: I own a hummer H2, cuurently I can not afford gas price. Should i return to dealer?
I paid 24000 and 42000 is my remaining balance. what i can do. i can not afford, I can not find customer to buy this. Is this ok to return to dealer and stop my payment. Any one can help on this issue? Thank you.

A: If you return it, it’s called a repo. Most companies will sue you for the remaining balance. Having a repo on your credit causes extremely high interest rates. It’ll cost you a lot more in the long run to return it. It would be easier to re-budget, drive slower, drive less and try and car pool when you can.

Q: Where is the fuse for the folding mirror on the 2003 H2 Hummer?
I am trying to trouble shoot why they will not fold in anymore. I replaced the switch but that did not fix it. I have not been able to locate the fuse/relay for that specifically.

A: There are no fuse for the mirror. The actuator might got stuck. If you can’t get it, replace the assembly.

Q: Trying to choose between a 2000 CLK430 Convertible or a Hummer H2? HELP!?
I am trying to choose a vehicle to purchase. I work in sales and make somewhere around $6000 per month. I have a choice between a 2000 Mercedes Benz CLK430 Convertible with 32,000 original miles or a 2003 Hummer H2 with 75,000 miles. Either way, I can deduct gas money, and the Hummer I am leaning towards as they’re both around the same payment per month. PLEASE HELP I AM TORN!
Thanks!

A: Get the Mercedes, its a very nice vehicle, the H2 is just a 3/4 ton chev truck with a different body, poor steering, rough suspension, terrible gas mileage, other than the semi military look it has nothing going for it.

Q: will an atv fit in the bed of a 08 Hummer H2 SUT?
Not a large 4 x 4 ATV but a Sport machine (2wd). I’m assuming that the tailgate must be down & the spare tire & rack are removed. Thank you!

A: How about you buy a real truck instead of some overpriced GMC yukon with a SUT body on it?!
Not to mention I am sure many Crew Cab or Crew Max trucks get much better fuel mileage than that miser.

Q: what is the size of a Hummer H2 motor?
what is the hummer h2 motor size in cc?

A: it should be a 6.0 which would be 6000 cc

Q: i am 16 and getting a hummer h2, is a mistake?
is it a mistake to get a hummer h2. my parents are willing to pay te insurence and help with the truck. i am a new driver but i am a excellent driver. but what i am asking is that is a hummer hard to drive and is it a mistake. i live in a suberb of cleveland where gas is about 3 dollars a gallon.

A: Well, seeing how others are addressing your question with opinions…

The Hummer H2 is definitely harder to drive than other vehicles. It’s one of the largest vehicles on the market currently, and probably one of the least responsive (most large SUV’s are in the first place). It would probably be a mistake to buy an H2.

I’m guessing you have a fair amount of money to consider. Although I don’t think your looking for recommendations, a great SUV would be the Ford Edge. Sharp looking, fairly easy to drive and plenty of space. Great reliability, alright fuel economy. I would also take a look at Mazda’s CX-9, or if you wanna go for something smaller, the Jeep Patriot, Mazda CX-7 and Honda CR-V are good cars as well that look sharp.

Q: how can i remove the tire carrier on my 2008 hummer h2?
I think the car looks better without it. I know i wont have a spare tire then, but thats what onstar and roadside assistance is for. Has anyone removed this before???

A: H2’s were sold either with that carrier or with the tire inside the cargo area (although that takes up a lot of space). So you can take it off, but don’t drive that thing around without a spare – what if you get a flat? Onstar and/or roadside assistance or AAA will not show up and repair the tire, nor will they replace it if it’s not repairable, you’ll have to get towed somewhere for repairs, that could really ruin your day. And if you get a flat at night you won’t find a place to repair or replace the tire. Definitely carry the spare, one way or another.

Q: Would a Hummer H2 make a good first car?
My dad said I need to get a suv or a truck becuase there safer. It would be used.

A: Hmmmmm

- Not good for environment
- Hard to park!
- Showy!
- Expensive to run
- Depreciates so much
- Gay

Q: Is there such a thing as a H2 HUMMER snorkel air intake?
well basically i have a 2004 hummer H2 and im wondering if there is a snorkel kit made for this model of truck?

and if there is then wht types of kits r available for an H2?

so ya jus lemme know

thnks =)

A: i dont think there are any after market manufacturers of an H2 snorkel kit, you may need to make one yourself, or buy a snorkel for a Jeep Wrangler and fabricate the rest that won’t fit. you can use flextube from the intake manifold up until the plastic part.

Q: Were can i rent a Hummer, Hummer H2, Lincoln Navigator, or something like these in south mississippi?
I need to rent one of these big, high end suvs. Just for about 24 hours. Anywhere in south mississippi i can do so?

A: google it, dipshit.

Q: Should I get a 350z or a Hummer H2 SUT?
Also describe/give me a reason why I should go with that specific vehicle.

A: 350z. 100 times better.

Only advantages the Hummer has is space and AWD.

Q: Thinking of buying a 2008 Hummer H2. Is invoice price really a good deal?
I currently am leasing a 2005 H2 and was thinking of another one(yes I love the car). I am being offered a 2008 H2 at invoice price. There are no other fees except tax tag, etc. Can I do better? Any idea how much. Sticker is about $65K with selling price right at $60K

A: Never pay invoice price on a new car.

This applies to new vehicles only.
The dealership does not own the vehicle. Vehicles on the lot are being rented from the manufacturer. The dealership needs to sell them as fast as possible to avoid paying more rent. The longer it’s been on the lot the more expensive it becomes having that vehicle on the lot. Especially if you are in a lease, the manufacturer has made a lot of money from you. You set the price, make an offer. It has to be reasonable. “Sticker” price is suggested retail. Just like any other product the manufacturer sets a suggested retail price, but seldom are items sold for that price. Your Wal-Mart for example buys for the best price they can, so you get the best retail price. With new cars you are actually buying straight from the maker. The dealership is just a middle man. When they show you the invoice and say it’s what they paid, they would be lying, they don’t own it.

Be tough, be straight forward, be willing to walk away, and casually let them know you are willing to buy immediately. If they think you are ready to buy they’re more likely to work with you. If they think you’re “just shopping” they have work to do.

Don’t pay dealer prep. You can wash it, take the paper off the floor, and fill it with fuel. Don’t pay destination or delivery, that’s the shipping few from the maker to the dealer. Try not to pay doc fees, why should you pay for their paperwork?
